The staff was very helpful in arranging sightseeing options, though they wanted me to shift to a 1-bedroom apartment due to an issue with the AC. The location, while not far from the center, was pleasantly quiet despite being surrounded by construction sites and residential areas. The American-style buffet at the dining area was superb, and facilities were top-notch.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered awesome views. The service was quite inconsistent, ranging from helpful in arranging sightseeing to not being very friendly or courteous. I had a great stay at the hotel! The room was equipped with microwave machines and washing machines, located in the 1 bedroom corner suite, and offered at a very good price. The location was nearly in the center of Pattaya, providing easy access to key attractions. The service was outstanding, with the housekeeping staff being kind and accommodating. The dining experience was superb, especially the home-made pastries. While the location was fantastic, some areas lacked shade and character. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
